On November 27th in Skagit County a 28-year-old Anacortes woman was arrested on a charge of DUI after an officer saw her vehicle speeding downtown around 1:03 a.m. The vehicle was stopped in the 1200 block of Eighth Street in Anacortes, Skagit County, and the officer noted the woman showed signs of intoxication. She was given field sobriety tests, arrested and taken to the police station. The officers reported the woman refused breath and blood tests. She was cited and released to a sober adult.
