Anacortes Skagit County DUI Lawyer:  Failure to Stop leads to DUI arrest

On June 25^th in Anacortes a 31-year-old Anacortes man was arrested on a charge of DUI after he failed to stop at the stop sign at Sixth Street and O Avenue around 2:04 a.m., forcing a police vehicle to take evasive maneuvers to avoid a collision. The officer stopped the vehicle and noted the driver appeared to be intoxicated. After failing voluntary field sobriety tests, the man was arrested and was taken to the station for a breath test.
