Mukilteo Snohomish County DUI Lawyer: Mukilteo Driver refuses monkey tests, refuses breath test
On June 10th in Mukilteo, a Mukilteo police officer stopped a vehicle for several traffic violations, and the driver appeared intoxicated. The driver refused to do standard field sobriety tests. The officer arrested the driver and he also refused to give a breath sample. His vehicle was impounded. The officer cited the driver and released him to a friend.
